However, they are not signing up to the forum or even using it, that's why I want to sell the domain to someone who will be able to develop or use it for a good use, as it is just sitting here with a idle forum.

Which gives this website alot more advertising / popularity, and would be good / suitable for either a social networking site, or an advertisement site with links relating to social networking and other stuff that will interest the visitors that are interested in social networking and tv soaps.
